The 8 Elm Street tower will rise above Toronto’s skyline and boasting a modern feel. This development will stand at a three-storey podium that will consist of commercial spaces. 8 Elm Street is designed to be a slender tower and wrapped in glass, with projecting balconies located on the north and south side of the building, which will provide undulating wave-like ornamentation.

The 667 residential units in 8 Elm Street is a mixture of 35 studio units, 366 one-bedroom units, 199 two-bedroom units, and 67 three-bedroom units. The tower will have 7,814 sq. ft. of amenity spaces spread throughout the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and 4th floors. Located on the 4th floor will be a 600 sq. ft. outdoor amenity space on the north and south sides of the tower.

The 45th floor will also feature an 877 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace, that offers magnificent views of the city’s skyline. 8 Elm Street will not have any parking garages, but there will be 469 spaces for bicycles.

Just outside 8 Elm Street are bus stops. 8 Elm Street is a 3-minute walk to Dundas Station and a 5-minute walk to College Station. The condominium is only a 3-minute walk to CF Toronto Eaton Centre and Atrium Mall, where residents can shop, dine and run errands. 8 Elm Street is an ideal place for off-campus students since it is a few steps from Ryerson University.
