The second block will have a grand total of high-rise 1,304 units, which will include 822 one-bedroom suites, 321 two-bedroom suites, and 133 three-bedroom suites. An astonishing 2,769 square meters for indoor use, and 2552 square meters for outdoor use will be reserved as amenity space for residents. In addition, 934 vehicle parking spots will be made available, as well as 1,556 bicycle parking spots. On the south end of the Condominium will be a public park spanning 0.77 hectares.
