description

It’s no secret that Mosaic Homes is the company behind the upcoming Hamilton apartment development. Burnaby’s 8955 University High Street will soon be home to Hamilton, which is now under development. There are 115 residences in this 12-story condominium complex.

Hamilton by Mosaic Residences is a collection of meticulously designed homes located in the heart of Burnaby’s University High School. For university workers, faculty, and students who want to live close to Simon Fraser University but without sacrificing the quality of life, Hamilton is a great option.

The Aquatic & Fitness Centre and Burnaby Mountain’s well-known trails are only a short walk away. Nesters Market and University High Street stores, two nearby outdoor attractions, are only a short walk away.

Features and Amenities

A combination of high- and low-rise projects that have been proposed are now under construction or have already been completed in Hamilton. There are now 2227 apartments under construction in 29 different condo buildings. In Hamilton, there are 14 townhouse projects and 23 single-family dwelling developments.

There are a plethora of dining options all across Hamilton. It’s easy for those living in the area to go to eateries like A&W Canada and Pizza Hut simply walking down the street.

Residents will also be able to take a break at the local parks. Also, residents will enjoy and relax in the parks nearby. Residents of this condo can go on biking and hiking trails in Burnaby Mountain and spend time with friends in Discovery Park and Naheeno Park.

Location and Neighborhood

The bus loop stop, from which other portions of UniverCity may be reached, is nearby Hamilton. For residents, it’s just a walking distance from the development to several restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. ‘

Because of its location along Queen Elizabeth Way, Hamilton can easily be reached from anywhere in Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or Southern Ontario. Traveling around the area is a snap because of this vital thoroughfare. Upon entering the city, the QEW becomes the Gardiner Expressway, which connects to the city proper. It’s also convenient to go to the many job centers.

Accessibility and Highlights

In order to travel about town, residents will have to ride the HSR, which now runs a fleet of buses, but it’s about to become a lot more convenient and efficient. With Metrolinx, the HSR intends to launch the first phase of its BLAST Network.

BLAST, when completed, will serve the whole city with light rail transportation. Initially, the B Train will service a corridor extending from McMaster University in the west to Eastgate Square in the east, which is the main artery route for much of the city.

An international airport serves the city as well. Besides commercial flights to and from Canada and the United States, the John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport serves as a significant industrial shipping hub. An Aeropolis, which would create one of Canada’s most major employment centers, is under consideration by the city.
