Both towers will share a 586 sq. m space of outdoor amenity spaces between them. 10 Dawes Road will feature an exterior design of grey-tinted vision glasses, white fritted glass balconies, metal panels, and architectural stone for highlights.
10 Dawes Road is only an 8-minute walk to two train stations: the Danforth GO Station and Main Street Station. Tram stops are also located along Main Street, which is only a few steps from the condominium. Residents can easily access Shoppers World Danforth, which is only a few steps away.
