1200 Bay Street Condos is a new landmark tower coming soon to Yorkville. This elegant tower will stand 87 storeys high, the highest in the area, and will house a total of 322 residential dwellings. The units will have a variety of layouts to accommodate different housing needs. Suites will likely be a mix of one-bedroom up to penthouse suites.

The mixed-use skyscraper will replace a 12-storey office and retail building that currently takes up the lot. The first 16 storeys of the new condo project will be dedicated to retail and office spaces.
