Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. is responsible for designing this new condo complex. Buildings will be constructed using white materials, tinted visors, and dark brown panels for the first six floors of the towers’ development.

1306 We’ve never seen anything quite like the Queensway Condos. For the building’s façade, Giannone Petricone Associates drew up a futuristic design idea. The building will be constructed entirely of white materials. On the sixth story, inhabitants will be protected from the sun by dark brown panels and tinted visors.
In the remainder of the development, red accents will be added to the all-white concept to color the building. To enable inhabitants to enjoy the natural light, huge glass windows and balconies will be strategically positioned throughout the structure.

1306’s first phase will be two high-rises in the Queensway development, erected on the complex’s western side. A convenient street entry into the complex will be provided by Tower A, which will face The Queensway.
