This condominium complex is coming to Ottawa and the building will include 267 apartments (176 one-bedroom flats and 91 two-bedroom units, as well as 167 parking spots), and that retail space would be located at the ground level.

There will be around 196 residential apartments, including ground-floor flats, and approximately 155 square meters of commercial space in the 28-story commercial area.

There will be a three-story platform on top of the 25-story structure. Architects and designers will build townhouses on the podium, which will have three two-story buildings. 

At the intersection of Parkdale and Lyndale will be retail and commercial space in addition to the main residential entrance. In addition, Engineers will develop underground parking to hold 130 automobiles and 98 bikes.
