Features‌ ‌and‌ ‌Amenities‌

It will include fastening nails and screws to all tongue and groove 5/8″ sub-floors. In the entryway, kitchen, breakfast area, powder room, and laundry room (as per design), the purchaser selects imported ceramic floor tiles (12″ x 12″ or 13″ x 13″) from Builder’s standard samples. 

Non-tiled portions on the third and second floors of Urban Townhouses and Conventional Townhouses chosen from Builder’s standard samples by the purchaser (one color throughout). Laminate flooring throughout all non-tiled finished spaces on the ground and primary level of Urban Townhouses and the ground floor of Conventional Townhouses, as per standard samples provided by Builder.

Using Builder’s standard samples, all bathroom vanities and showers were outfitted with chrome faucets with temperature and pressure balancing controls. An enclosed glass-framed shower in the master bathroom’s shower area requires a freestanding five-foot acrylic tub as per the drawings. 

Steps, precast slabs, and walkways in front and back patio areas were suitable. No guarantees can be made about the number of steps in the front and back patios, which may differ from the illustration depending on local grading conditions and requirements.
