A two-tower complex is planned for the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Windermere Avenue, anchored by a three- to the seven-story platform.

Buildings of 21 stories and 26 stories will be built on the west and east sides of the property, respectively. Over 10,000 square feet of space will be located on the podium, including two residential lobbies. The structure will house more than 13,000 square feet on the third and eighth levels, linked to the same outdoor amenity area.

These buildings have been built with 607 residential units between them, making them recognized. One-bedroom homes will make up 60% of the total units planned by the developers; the other 30% will be two-bedroom units and 10% three-bedroom units.
