Block 3 will feature 3 high-rise condominiums in heights of 25-storeys, 42-storeys, and 48-storeys and will have a total of 1,477 living spaces.
Block 4 will feature two condominiums in heights of 25-storeys and 32-storeys and will have 1,052 residential units.

The exact breakdown of the condominiums is yet to be announced, however, it is expected to have 25% two-bedroom units, 10% three-bedroom units, and 35% of mixed housing units with larger suites. Blocks 1, 2, 3 will feature 6,630 sq. m. of grade-level retail and commercial uses. With these 12 condominiums in the 1980 Eglinton Avenue East development, this community aims to be the downtown of the city of Scarborough.
