  • Building 1 will occupy the eastern portion of the site and it is expected to have a 13-storey structure, which will consist of retail units on the first 2-storeys and an open-air ‘market hall’, while the remaining 11-storeys above will feature office space. The building’s roof will feature a greenhouse for urban agriculture and a bridge on the 2nd floor that will connect to the adjacent residential building.
  • Building 2 will be a mixed-use high-rise condominium that will stand 38-storeys and have 354 residential units that will start on the 5th floor. 11% of the units in this building at 2 Tecumseth Street will be three-bedroom units, which will be ideal for growing families. 
  • Building 3 will be known as ‘The Rail Residences’, which will occupy the western part of the site. This condominium in the master-planned 2 Tecumseth Street will stand 15-storeys tall and will have 297 residential units. Also, it will have a unique terrace design in order to let in maximum natural light.
  • Building 4 will be located in the northern part of the site. This building will be 2-storeys and will be filled with commercial units.
  • Building 5 will be a 1-storey retail building.
  • Building 6 will also be a 1-storey building, which will have more retail spaces.

The 2 Tecumseth Street development is expected to offer two different parking areas that will fit 423 vehicles adn 901 bicycles. 


Located a few steps from 2 Tecumseth Street are streetcars and a few minutes from two subway stations: 5 minutes from Exhibition GO Station & 9 minutes from Union Station. 2 Tecumseth Street is only a few minutes from shopping centres: 8 minutes from Brookfield Place, 10 minutes from Dufferin Mall & Walmart Supercentre, & 12 minutes to CF Toronto Eaton Centre.
