244 Church Street Condos is a highly-anticipated project by CentreCourt coming soon to 244 Church Street, right next to the eclectic downtown core of the GTA. The project plans to retain and restore the facade of the 1913-built Sterling Bank of Canada building that currently stands on the site. The retail spaces will be built behind the heritage facade of the tower’s podium, fronting onto Dundas Street.
