250 University Avenue is a new mixed-use, high-rise condo development in Toronto that will include a retail residential tower developed by Northam Realty Advisors. This condominium will stand 54-storeys that will have 495 residential units from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units. These units will vary in size, from 592 sq. ft. to 904 sq. ft. Located on the 11th and 12th floor are indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, these spaces will include a fitness room, a pool, and a party room. The rooftop will feature expansive outdoor amenities, like balconies, courtyards, and a scenic rooftop garden.
