This project’s design reflects its site at the northeast corner of Finch and Bridletowne Crescent. It will be developed as two “wings,” with equivalent frontage on main streets and 12 stories tall. 

A two-story retail space will occupy the condo at street level, providing more shopping and restaurants options and acting as an offshoot of the adjoining mall redevelopment. Pedestrian paths will connect to the public footpath and several bus shelters.

The unit mix is anticipated to include seven bachelor suites, 125 one-bedroom – suites, 103 two-bedroom – suites, and seven three-bedroom – suites for 242 units. Indoor amenity space totaling 5,263 square feet will be available to residents, including a lounge, fitness center, and yoga room. 

The residence rooftop will house 5,758 sq ft of outdoor leisure facilities space, along with a green roof and space for relaxing and dining. A basement garage would provide 276 spaces for occupants’ vehicles. The luxury home has a modern appearance with its light-filled, three-story base and asymmetrical, grid-inspired façade above. This sophisticated and modern structure will set a high standard for future redevelopments in the area.

Location/Neighborhood

Scarborough’s new condos are ideal for first-time buyers as well as growing families. The region, located immediately east of Toronto, attracts many prospective buyers due to its reasonable price point, but it has so much more to offer.
