Coming soon to Toronto is a new elegant condominium project. This 36,966-square-foot condo will be designed by IBI Group, the same architectural firm that worked on the Untitled Toronto condo project. The 4415 Sheppard Avenue East Condos, which will face the Oriental Centre on the northeast side of the same junction, will mimic the L-shaped architecture of the Oriental Centre. Similarly, the corner of this building will feature rounded flush windows, but the outside will be adorned with gold embellishments all over the place.

There will be 243 apartments in an 11-storey condo, which investors may expect. With 86 one-bedrooms, 70 one-bedroom plus dens, 25 junior two-bedrooms, 40 two-bedrooms, 20 two-bedroom plus dens, and two three-bedroom apartments, there will be a wide variety of unit types to choose from.

Finally, there will be a 2,810 square foot fitness facility in the northwest corner.

Amenities for persons who work from home are said to be included in this building. Some examples of this would be on the second, fourth, and fifth levels of the building. Tenth-floor amenity space and a terrace overlooking the neighborhood will also be accessible. In all, 2,895 square feet of outdoor amenity area is planned for the top level.

Toronto’s eastern suburb of Scarborough is expanding, and 4415 Sheppard Avenue East Condos will be situated there. The bustling southwest corner of Sheppard Avenue East and Brimley Road will be flanked to the west by Fulham Street.
