6 Dawes Road is a master-planned condo community coming to Toronto Downtown East Community which has four towers that stand side by side along with a rectangular plot of land. The 49-storeys and 46-storeys towers of 6 Dawes Road will share a 6-storey podium that will contain a section that will rise 11-storeys.

Also, there will be a 1,744 sq. m. of outdoor amenities such as terraces. The indoor and outdoor amenities will be divided along with the 1st, 2nd, 7th, and 12th floors.
6 Dawes Road is just an 8-minute walk to two train stations: the Danforth GO station and Main Street station. Also, a short 11-minute walk from the development is Shoppers World Danforth, where residents can shop and run errands.
