Glitz is a new luxury condominium in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. It is located at 6390 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, and was designed by GBL Architects and built by iFortune Homes.

This complex has 30 stories and 215 apartments, each nine floors high—a colorful selection of magnificent high-rise condominium residences and townhouses in a variety of designs. Glitz will consist of a total of 77 residential flats.

It combines the functions of a commercial, residential, and retail structure. Because of the range of one- to three-bedroom apartments available, residents will be able to use all of the neighboring amenities.

There is a 1,453 sq ft amenity room, a 12,000 sq ft outdoor common area, and a 2,422 sq ft children’s play area for residents to utilize together. 77 condominiums range from one to three bedrooms, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 12,000 square feet of retail space.

Parking for 237 automobiles, including 155 business and 82 residential spaces, as well as 15 visitor spaces and five disabled spots, will be provided off-street by Glitz. 94 Class 1 and 15 Class 2 bicycle parking spaces will be made accessible to residents.

Location and Neighborhood

Homeowners in Glitz will appreciate the convenience of adjacent enterprises like the Richmond Centre and the nearby McArthurGlen Designer Outlet for their everyday necessities. Also, it has a wide selection of parks, such as Brighouse Park, which is only a short walk away.

Many schools are close to the Glitz when it comes to their location. Schools such as Pythagoras Academy, City Vancouver Academy, William Cook Elementary, and MacNeill Secondary School are all driving distance.
