7 Labatt Avenue Condos is a pre-construction condo development soon to rise in Toronto right beside the Don River. This condo residence will stand 38-storeys high and will house a total of 558 units. The suites will come in one up to three-bedroom layouts.

The suites will be a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units making the condo residence ideal for both families and individuals. 

Plans for the development also include indoor amenities situated on different floors. There will be a children’s indoor and outdoor play area on the 2nd floor. On the 11th floor, an outdoor pool and community garden will be made available to the residents as well as a 108-square meter party room. There will also be amenities situated on the 4th floor that are yet to be announced.

Aside from this, the condo will have mixed-use elements situated on different floors. Retail spaces will be incorporated in the project’s ground floor to enliven the surrounding area. The retail space will span 1,826 square meters. Office spaces will be situated on the 2nd floor along with a mezzanine.

The development will be served by two-level underground parking that can accommodate 270 vehicles and 503 bicycles.

The Regent Park neighborhood is a desired location due to its proximity to Downtown Toronto.
