The 87 Ethel Condos is a proposed mixed-use development by iKORE Developments Ltd. This development will encompass a five-acre wide block in The Junction Neighborhood in the Stockyard District. The proposed development will have a mix of residential and commercial buildings. Building A will sit on the west end of the site and it will be a 15-storey building with 166 units consisting of 9 one-bedroom, 136 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom units. Building B East and B West are 19-storey buildings that will have 455 units each consisting of 137 one-bedroom, 213 two-bedroom units, and 102 three-bedroom units.
Building C would be a mixed-use 7-storey building that consists of commercial units on the first two floors and medical suites above. It is situated at the east end of the site. Building D lastly, would have 16 storeys with commercial spaces on the first two floors. It will also have 179 residential units consisting of 18 one-bedroom units, 153 two-bedroom units, and 8 three-bedroom units. All the buildings will be serviced by an underground parking garage.

The Junction is a transit-oriented neighborhood with several small-scale establishments and malls for the residents’ convenience. Minutes away from the site are numerous eateries along Dundas Street, a supermarket just across the street, and Runnymede Park in the east of the development.
