900 The East Mall Condos is a condo development currently in pre-construction at The East Mall and Eglinton Ave, in the West Deane Park neighbourhood. 900 The East Mall Condos will consist of 4 towers, with the tallest towers being 21 storeys, and a total project size of 882 units. The occupancy/ move-in date has not yet been announced, we are expecting it to be 2024-2025.
Each tower will sit atop a podium, with the ground floor and second floor being utilized as mixed-use retail and office space. The retail space will be fronting on Eglinton Ave W and The East Mall. Below is the plan for each building:
Building 1: retail space on the ground floor, office space on floors 3-5, residential units above
Building 2: retail space on the ground floor, daycare facilities, residential units above
Building 3: townhouse-style units on the ground floor, residential units above
Building 4: townhouse-style units on the ground floor, residential units above
There will also be a daycare centre for the residents of the condo, in addition to the amazing amenities that will be built. A brand new 8000sq ft park will also be built for the residents.
The architecture of this development is truly unique because while many of Toronto’s up and coming condos stick to the simple boxy look, these twist with each ascending floor. The twist will add a distinct flair to Etobicoke’s skyline. The architecture of these condos will stand out amongst others in the area, and they will be hard to miss by anyone driving by. 900 The East Mall Condos is surrounded by parks, such as the massive West Deane Park, which is only a two-minute walk away. This park has an extensive trail network leading to Glen Agar Park and Ravenscrest Park. Other nearby parks include Richview Park and Lloyd Manor Park, plus Mimico Creek will run close to 900 The East Mall Condos! With that much greenery around, 900 The East Mall Condos will feel like an escape from the busy and bustling city life.
If you enjoy playing golf, the Royal Woodbine Golf Club is really close as well, so you can spend your weekends on the golf course. However, if you like to ski, Centennial Park is nearby with ski hills and other recreational activities on site.

For those who use transit, Renforth Station is going to be built soon, and will only be an 8 minute bus ride away from 900 The East Mall Condos. This station will have direct access to the Mississauga transitway, so it’s perfect for those who are Mississauga-bound for work. Renforth Station will have access to the GO, TTC, and MiWay bus routes. It’s part of the future Eglinton West LRT extension and will revitalize transit in the area. This proposed station is still a few years away from being built, however with the current transit system, it takes 20 minutes to get to the TTC Kipling Station and GO Station.
If you have kids that are entering high school soon, this project is ideal for you as there are three high schools within a short drive of 900 The East Mall Condos. The two public schools are Martingrove Collegiate Institute which is 1km away, so a 12 minute walk or 5 minute drive; and Richview Collegeiate Institute which is 3km away, so it’s about an 8 minute drive. There is also a catholic school nearby called Michael Power, and that one is only a 7 minute drive away. As for elementary schools, Briarcrest Junior School is just an 8 minute drive away as well, with other great options available nearby.
