Soon-to-rise to Vaughan is a new mixed-use, high-rise three-tower condominium development by Cortel Group. Abeja District will consist of three condominiums in heights of 27-storeys (Tower A), 26-storeys (Tower B), and 30-storeys (Tower C).

The features and finishes of each unit will include 9’ ceilings, premium stainless steel appliances, an in-suite laundry room, sleek kitchen & bathroom cabinetry, and more.
Abeja District is only 7 minutes from Rutherford Station and bus stops are located just outside the development. A 10-minute walk from Abeja District is Vaughan Mills shopping mall, where residents can shop, dine, and run errands. Close to the development are various dining options like Pur & Simple, McDonald’s, AllStar Wings & Ribs, KFC, and more.
