ALiAS Condos is a 45-storey tower condominium that offers future condo residences in Toronto containing 479 suites from 1-3 bedroom units. The pre-construction condo development will sit atop a 5-storey podium that will house commercial and retail spaces on the first two floors. Pricing plans will be coming soon as well.

Each custom-designed unit in ALiAS offers future residents a window that showcases Toronto Skyline. Also, the tower will have a four-level underground parking garage and comes with a bike elevator. The underground parking garage on ALiAS condos will house 129 vehicle spaces along with 589 bike spaces.

This tower is currently still in pre-construction status and is coming soon to Church Street, Toronto, Ontario. It will also extend to 114 Church and 59 Richmond. Sales for ALiAS Condos are scheduled to start in the Fall of 2021, so expect pricing to go up sometime after the sales have started.

Location and Neighborhood
