EMBLEM Developments has begun construction on the mid-rise townhouse complex known as Artform Condos in Mississauga. Style, design, and poise are all embodied in the development. At 86 and 85 Dundas Street East in the Cooksville neighborhood, the complex will include roughly 17,620 square feet of amenity space.
Three hundred thirty-six flats will be available in the 17-story Artform condominiums. The building’s unique flair is well complemented by the building’s careful, clean aesthetics. An approximate completion date of 2024 has been set for the building’s preconstruction phase.
At least 80% of the Artform Condominiums complex will have a stunning glass facade. The first six levels of the structure will be made out of standard-tone bricks, while the upper floors will include substantial glass windows and balconies for outdoor living and entertainment.
In addition to the 336 residential units, the 17-story building will have more than 3,400 sq ft on the ground floor. The ground-level shop and office space are available.
More than 17,500 square feet of amenity space will also be available. Luxurious features include a drop-off area for residents and an outdoor courtyard, a mailroom, a lounge for co-workers, and a bar. There will also be commercial or retail space and a kitchen, screening room, foyer, yoga/stretch area, and a fitness facility.
In the 18th century, Cooksville was a part of Mississauga. As a result of its lively atmosphere, this neighborhood has become a popular location.
Many local retail and service establishments, such as grocery shops, banks, and pharmacies, are just a few examples. Residents may find restaurants from all over the world in this neighborhood.
The Walk Score for this location is an impressive 82, indicating how handy and walkable it is. This new Mississauga condo is in the pre-construction stages.
It’s just a short walk from the Cooksville GO Train Station to where the artform creation happens. On foot, it takes around 12 minutes to get there. Local commuters have a 31-minute rail ride into downtown Toronto.
The Dundas station, which will be just 300 meters away when the Hurontario LRT line is finished in 2024, is also right across the street from this property. There will be a stop at Cooksville on this short line’s 18-kilometer route. Port Credit GO and the Brampton Gateway Terminal are only two of the 19 destinations on the route.
And things are just going to get better. As part of the Dundas Connects master plan, Cooksville will see a population increase of 52,000 people and 9,600 new jobs. The Cooksville Transit Hub and the proposed Dundas Bus Transit are among them.
