Shortly, Bosa Properties will build the twin-tower Barclay Thurlow condominium complex. The condominium in Vancouver 48- and 49-story twin buildings would include 105 residential apartments. No development is taking place at 1070 Barclay St in Vancouver, but that will soon change.

The two residential buildings at Barclay and Thurlow, designed by international architectural company Büro Ole Scheeren, which was also responsible for Fifteen Fifteen, will rethink the setting of a historical and changing urban district.
