Soon-to-rise in Toronto is a new two-building residential development by The Daniels Corporation. Block 1 is the third phase of the Regent Park master-planned community that will have two condominiums in the heights of 10-storeys (north tower) and 25-storeys (south tower). The north tower will have 346 residential units, while the south tower will have 296 residential units and retail spaces. Block 1 is currently in preconstruction and coming soon to 365 Parliament St, Toronto, ON. Block 1 is estimated to be completed in 2024.

Both condominiums in Bloc 1 will be linked by a shared podium, which is planned to house the indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
The exterior of Block 1 will consist of traditional brick walling, large windows, and glass balconies, which will incorporate both old and new elements and offers a unique kind of living in this part of Toronto. The Daniels Corporation is planning to have modern finishes and features, as well as, unique amenities for the residents to enjoy. Block 1 will also feature a two-level underground parking garage that can fit up to 399 vehicles. Block 1 is planned to have a new grocery store, an aquatic centre, banks, and a community centre.
Just outside Block 1 are streetcars that offer easy commute around the neighbourhood and Downtown Toronto. Block 1 is only 5 minutes away from two subway stations: College Station and Dundas Station. Residents can easily run errands, shop, and dine at two shopping malls that are 10 minutes from Block 1, these are malls are CF Toronto Eaton Centre and Atrium shopping mall.
Families living in this development can easily access schools, such as Lord Dufferin Junior & Senior Public School, Elementary School Gabrielle-Roy, Sprucecourt Public School, Winchester Junior & Senior Public School, and St. Martin Catholic School. Off-campus college students and faculty can easily access universities like the University of Toronto and Ryerson University in just under 13 minutes. With convenient access to public transit, residents in Block 1 can easily commute to and from Downtown Toronto with ease.
Situated on the east side of Toronto, Regent Park is known as a neighbourhood that is built for housing communities.
