The Bogert is a master-planned development in Toronto having mixed-use, multi-tower condominium and townhome projects by Greatwise Communities. This development will have six residential towers varying in heights from 21-storeys to 27 storeys and contains 1,617 units. The Bogert development will also have 20 stacked townhome units. The Bogert development is currently under construction at 325 Bogert Ave, North York, Toronto, ON, and is estimated to be completed in 2023.
An ambitious and impressive development of condominiums and townhomes, that will include a new public park, retail spaces all nestled in a 10-acre land. Bogert is a sought-after site that borders the lush Don River and its surrounding valley. Bogert will deliver the best of both worlds with redefined urban living. Some of the six towers will have shared podiums that feature a curvilinear shape, which mimics the way of the Don River.
More details about the unit mix of Bogert and amenity spaces are yet to be announced. Bogert will have 5,000 sq. ft. of retail space along with the condominiums podiums and 1,383 new parking spaces. The variety of the height of the condominiums will give a transition in height and scale towards the low-rise residential areas surrounding the site.
The Bogert development is only a 9-minute walk to Sheppard-Yonge Station and a 7-minute drive to Sheppard West Station. A 9-minute walk from the development is two shopping malls: Hullmark Centre and Yonge Sheppard Centre, where residents can shop, run errands, and dine. Also, the development is surrounded by many restaurants like Kinka Izakaya, The Fry, Pizza Nova, McDonald’s, and more.
Families will appreciate being able to access schools like Pine Lake Montessori School, Cameron Public School, Saint Edward Catholic School, The Prestige School, Willowdale Middle School, and Churchill Public School.
Also, off-campus students and staff will appreciate being only 14 minutes away from York University and 10 minutes from York University – Glendon Campus. The Bogert development is right next door to Earl Bales Park. Other parks nearby are Gwendolen Park and Addington Greenbelt.
Bogert Condos is going to be a development that’ll completely change the Lansing Community in North York. In Lansing, residents and locals are just minutes from the Yonge and Sheppard intersection, which is considered one of the city’s “Urban Growth Centres” and in the past decade, this area has established a significant amount of residential and commercial growth.
Lansing is obviously located to the North of Toronto, but it has distinctively urban energy and features the region’s most iconic modern architecture. This intersection offers three subway access to the Greater Toronto Area and only takes 25 minutes to reach the centre of Toronto.
