Burquitlam Townhouses is a brand new townhouse development in Burnaby and it’s being developed by Domus Homes. The townhomes are currently in preconstruction and coming to the neighbourhood of Como Lake Avenue & Robinson Street, Coquitlam, BC. 

Burquitlam is a family-friendly townhouse neighbourhood. It’s proposed to be a few blocks from Burquitlam Station and Burquitlam Plaza. This proposed project is set to be completed in 2024.

Location and Neighbourhood

Residents can either take their car or take the best heading westbound to the corner of Como Lake Ave and Clarke Rd. 

Various establishments surround the Burquitlam Townhouses, the majority are parks and schools. Restaurants and shops can be found in the west area of the project. Restaurants are just a short drive or can be walked from the townhouses. The closest restaurants are along Clarke Road. To name a few, they have KFC, Pizza Factory Coquitlam, Grand Seasons, Hanano Sushi & Grill, McDonald’s, and Haenam Korean. Also, residents can buy their groceries and medicines from Safeway Burquitlam and Safeway Pharmacy Burquitlam.

The schools around the development can either be reached by car or by a bus ride. Ecole Banting Middle School, Miller Park Elementary, Lyndhurst Elementary, and Kids Village Montessori School are the schools within the area of the development. This makes the Burquitlam Townhouses an ideal and safe home for families and start-up families.

If residents want to spend time with family and friends in parks, then there are parks nearby. Parks such as Cottonwood Park, Mountain View Park, and Miller Park are a short drive and a quick bus ride from the Burquitlam Townhouses.
