A 13-storey residential tower is attached to an 8-storey podium at Canary House Condos. The condo will have 206 living units in total. Starting on the third storey, a limited number of apartments will have access to a balcony. A balcony will ring the tower starting on the ninth floor.

A total of 13,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor amenity space will be included in the Canary House Condos. These facilities include a library, pet spa, concierge, fitness center, multi-purpose studio, entertainment room, private dining room and terrace, garden terrace with BBQ lounge, fire pit, zen garden, lobby, and coworking lounge. Canary House will be part of the Canary District Master-Planned Community, as will the Canary House.

Location and Neighborhood

Canary House Condos is located in an area with a high Walk Score, including a wide range of lifestyle amenities, such as restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We recommend meeting at the Diamond Jubilee Prom to have a cup of coffee and a walk. 

Located just down the street, Corktown Common is an 18-acre park with a playground, splash pad, BBQs, and a fireplace for residents to enjoy. There are a lot of new developments in the West Don Lands neighborhood. The outcome is a contemporary urban lifestyle that combines the best of both worlds.

The 2015 Pan Am Games marked the beginning of more recent work on this site. The first few residents of this new hamlet were housed in six structures created for the event.
