Great Eagle Holdings’ Chelsea Green Condos is a new condo development situated at 33 Gerrard Street West in Toronto, Ontario. The development will consist of three buildings (the first of which will be 88 stories tall) with a total of 2,135 residential apartments.
The Chelsea Green Condos will undoubtedly be the most opulent building ever built in this metropolis. The Eaton Chelsea Hotel is now being constructed on the site. If municipal bids are accepted as expected, Chelsea Green Condo Buildings 1 and 2 will supplant Aura at College Park as Canada’s highest residential towers.
Under Toronto, the Chelsea Green Condos are now in preconstruction. The aim is to complete it in 2022. The unit costs are still unknown. The design will be by Architects Alliance.
The Chelsea Green Condominiums are the most luxurious residential cond0 structure to be developed in Toronto. It will feature a distinctive thin design that will allow more room with the projected parks right off Elm Street. Curvilinear waves in the glass façade will be another distinctive architectural feature, giving the towers a great aesthetic.
Radiant heat flooring, deep soaking tubs, and marble countertops are standard in all bathrooms. At the same time, eco-friendly refrigerators and dishwashers and Grohe faucets, and a stovetop cooking island are standard in all kitchens. Chelsea Green’s amenities reflect a commitment to clean and healthy living, with a private wellness center and a spa located on the premises.
Chelsea Green Condominiums, located in the Entertainment District, will have access to various walking facilities in the area. This area has many entertainment options, including the VIP Lounge and Billiards Club. There’s also Tjbar and Bar + Karaoke. An exciting hub of culture and entertainment, the region matches Chelsea Green’s sophistication.
Restaurants may be found all across the Chelsea Green Condominium area. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bom Bibimbop, Kinka Izakaya Original, and Somethin’ 2 Talk About are just a few of them. You can grab a cup of coffee in the morning at Jimmy’s Coffee, Starbucks, or Terrace Cafe, which are all only a few feet away from the property.

Great Eagle Holdings is a prominent real estate corporation with operations in various industries all over the globe. They own and manage the high-quality residential, office, retail, and hotel properties and provide property management, maintenance, and construction material trade services.
Their primary interests are majority shares in Champion Real Estate Investment Trust and Langham Hospitality Investments, its hotel management arm. They are situated in Hong Kong.
They’ve shown their ability to take on large, visually attractive projects, and with their Chelsea Green Condos development, they hope to bring that capability to Toronto’s central downtown core.
