A short drive or bus ride from Clarke & Como is the Ecole Banting Middle School, North Road Montessori Child Care, Port Moody Secondary School, Mountain View Elementary, and Miller Park elementary.

Accessibility/Highlights

Bus stations for the northbound, eastbound, westbound, and southbound routes are located just outside Clarke & Come. Accessing different regions of the city becomes more accessible and more efficient due to this. 

Outdoor facilities such as restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls are located just outside the project’s front door and are easily accessible by foot. Non-stop bus service is available in the project’s vicinity, and Burquitlam Station is a short distance away. To get to the station, one may choose between walking, taking the bus, or driving.
