Clarke & Como is Burnaby’s new luxury condominium that is developed by Intergulf Development Group and is currently in preconstruction and coming to Coquitlam. This 40-storey and 4 towers contain a total of 1203 units. Intergulf Development Group is developing a large mixed-use tower neighborhood at the corner of Clarke Rd and Como Lake Ave in Coquitlam, Burnaby, BC.

Clarke & Como is coming to Coquitlam, Burnaby, a few blocks from Burquitlam SkyTrain is a carefully master-planned neighborhood nestled on a natural rise with excellent views from every direction. The development is inspired by the environment of the West Coast in which it’s adjacent to Burnaby Mountain with vies of Port Moody’s Burrard Inlet and the North Shore Mountains in contrast with urbanism rising in Coquitlam.

Transit Option

Just outside Clarke & Come are bus stops heading, northbound, eastbound, westbound, and southbound. This makes accessing other parts of the city faster and efficient. Schools like Ecole Banting Middle School, North Road Montessori Child Care, Port Moody Secondary School, Mountain View Elementary, and Miller Park Elementary are a drive or a short bus ride from Clarke & Como.

Clarke & Como is in an urbanized community, but it’s surrounded by parks that offer luscious green scenery and fresh air. Parks like Cottonwood Park, Como Lake Park, Blue Mountain Park, and Miller Park are a short drive from the condominium project.
