Cumberland Square is a new luxurious mixed-use condominium project developed by KingSett Capital. This condominium will consist of three high-rise towers ranging from 50, 66, and 70-storeys tall with a total of 1,507 residential units, also various retail shops located on the ground floor. Cumberland Square is located in Toronto’s Yorkville neighborhood. This project will be directly situated at the intersection of Bloor & Yonge. Cumberland Square will redevelop this city’s block with three new condo towers in this ever-rising community in Toronto. Once completed, Cumberland Square will bring an additional 1,507 residential units, 76,983 sq. ft. of office spaces, and 70,320 sq. ft. of retail spaces. Towers A and B share a 9-storey podium, where one the first and second floor are commercial retail spaces. What makes Cumberland Square’s Towers A & B unique is its parking spaces are located on the third to the eighth floor, while on the ninth podium is called the “Sky Lobby”, where it will be the main entrance connecting the two towers. Towers B & C will have a public part between them which will include a new public square and reflecting pool.
Towers A & B will have a total of 908 residential units: 91 studio units, 514 one-bedroom units, 206 two-bedroom units, and 97 three-bedroom units. While Tower C stands at 70-storeys tall with a 4-storey podium. It will have 599 residential units: 56 studio units, 294 one-bedroom units, 183 two-bedroom units, and 66 three-bedroom units. This new master-planned project is located directly at the intersection of Yonge and Bloor, making it seamlessly close to the Line 2 Bloor-Danforth and the Line 1 Yonge-University.
