KingSett Capital has begun construction on the Cumberland Square Condos at 2 Bloor St. W. in Toronto, Ontario. This condo complex, which is currently in the planning stages, is anticipated to have three towers with a total of 1,595 residential units.

Project architecture and design are in the hands of Giannone Petricone Associates. The retail and residential uses of these skyscrapers are intertwined. In addition, a public plaza will take up 30% of the site’s total surface.

Historic, urban, and peaceful are all words that describe the lifestyle that these condominiums will provide their future residents. Another great feature of Cumberland Square Condos is its convenient location. The area is well-served by modern conveniences and world-class attractions.

Features‌ ‌and‌ ‌Amenities‌

The three new condo towers in this ever-rising community in Toronto are 50, 61, and 70 storeys tall. A retail area of 70.320 square feet and an office area of 76,983 square feet will be constructed. The third building will be on the northeastern side of a city block, with two towers on the northwest corner.

A new park will be built between Tower B and Tower C. The platform for both Towers A and B will be nine stories high. A variety of floor plans and layouts will be available at Cumberland Square Condos to meet the demands of all residents. As a result, these condos will appeal to a wide range of people, including couples, singles, and professionals.

The Sky Lobby will be located on the common platform of nine floors. From levels 3 to 8, there will be parking on the podium, while on floors 9 and 10, there will be lots of services.

The roofs of Buildings A and B will meet at a 45-degree angle, giving the towers a streamlined appearance. One, two, and three-bedroom homes will be available in all three of the towers’ exquisite condominiums. Between Tower B and C, there will be a new public area with a park and a reflecting pool.

Location and Neighborhood

At the junction of Yonge and Bloor, Cumberland Square Condos gets a 100-out-of-100 walking score. One of the city’s most affluent areas, Yorkville, is located only a few blocks from the site. As a result, people will enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and other retail establishments in the area.
