Choice Properties and Daniels Corporation are building a new mixed-use property called Daniels MPV in Brampton. This pre-construction project will be placed in between Creditview Road and Mississauga Road on the northside of Bovaird Drive.

This condo and townhome development in Brampton is close to a transportation hub, a variety of retail options, and many green areas. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the abundance of nearby parks and open spaces in this family-friendly locale. Over 90 kilometers of paths and 400 parks are available for inhabitants to live an active lifestyle in the 4,000 acres of parkland surrounding the city.

The Mount Pleasant GO Train Station, designated as a “Gateway Mobility Hub,” is about 800 meters away from the property. According to Brampton’s Official Plan, this area is a designated “intensification zone,” thus we may expect this project to be very effective.
