A new pedestrian-friendly roadway will run north and south of the construction site as part of this master-planned community. The current component of Dufferin Mall and the site’s above-grade parking will all be securely separated from one another.Â
These condos in Toronto will occupy two blocks. Building 1 will be 39 stories high and placed on the west block. It will be 35 stories high and linked to Building 1 by a 6-story platform. Building 3 will rise to a height of 23 stories on the site’s east side. An 8-story podium will link this structure to Building 4 when it is completed. The site’s last structure, a 14-story midrise, will be constructed on the northeast corner next to the Church. Buildings 1 and 2 will have 722 residential suites each, while Buildings 3 and 4 will have 413 suites.
Engineers will use asymmetrical patterns on the base of each tower to provide depth to the complex’s exquisite design. The towers will include vast floor-to-ceiling windows, neutral-colored masonry, and curving balconies for the buildings to have a wavelike design.Â
