A new pedestrian-friendly roadway will run north and south of the construction site as part of this master-planned community. The current component of Dufferin Mall and the site’s above-grade parking will all be securely separated from one another. 

These condos in Toronto will occupy two blocks. Building 1 will be 39 stories high and placed on the west block. It will be 35 stories high and linked to Building 1 by a 6-story platform. Building 3 will rise to a height of 23 stories on the site’s east side. An 8-story podium will link this structure to Building 4 when it is completed. The site’s last structure, a 14-story midrise, will be constructed on the northeast corner next to the Church. Buildings 1 and 2 will have 722 residential suites each, while Buildings 3 and 4 will have 413 suites.

Engineers will use asymmetrical patterns on the base of each tower to provide depth to the complex’s exquisite design. The towers will include vast floor-to-ceiling windows, neutral-colored masonry, and curving balconies for the buildings to have a wavelike design. 

Residential complexes designed by Quadrangle Architects are well-known for their uniqueness and innovation, and this master-planned community will be no exception. These residential towers will be distinctive among the neighborhood’s other constructions and have a visually appealing façade.

Location and Neighbourhood

At Toronto’s Dufferin Grove Village, Condos will straddle a new road that connects Dufferin Street with Croatia Street. The public will admire and experience a new style of urban life thanks to these four brand-new condos. On top of that, Dufferin Grove Village is only across the street from Dufferin Grove Park, where residents can take in some fresh air and green space. 

Residents may find the Dufferin subway station within a short distance away from the property. Bloor Collegiate Institute, St. Mary Catholic Academy, and Brock Public School are all within walking distance of Dufferin Grove Village. Within walking distance of Dufferin Grove Village, you’ll find everything from restaurants to stores to cafés.
