Pangman, Probus Project Management, and John Day Developments are working on the Edmonton Motors Project. The Edmonton Motors dealership will be demolished and replaced with new residential and retail spaces as part of this new condo project in Edmonton.
At least 825 residential apartments will be built on a retail podium with active business fronts at the property, slated for development. A total of 35 and 42 floors will be built into the two buildings.
In the planned rezoning, two independent residential towers on commercial and residential base buildings would be permitted. Amenities for residents of townhouses include rooftop gardens and bicycle parking.
A gym is available on-site—a better experience for the general public. The area between the towers may be used for community gatherings and other types of entertainment events.
In the Oliver neighborhood of Edmonton, this new development will be only a short drive from the city center. Teddy’s Pub & Grill is one of many restaurants in the immediate area. There is a near-endless supply of urban amenities in downtown Edmonton to meet the demands of residents of all walks of life.
With Arno’s Fine French Pastry Inc. and Iconoclast Coffee Roasters LeMarchand Mansion in the neighborhood, a cup of coffee or tea is never far away. Sicilian Pasta Kitchen Downtown is a favorite among North Central Edmonton residents. Grant Notley Park, located near Edmonton Motors Condos, provides an unexpectedly large quantity of open space.
The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, JASPER PHARMACY, and Lemarchand Dispensary Pharmacy & Compounding Lab are within a few blocks of the property. There are constantly new exhibitions and activities at Wakina Gallery, Rowles & Company Ltd., and Harcourt House Artist Run Center. Among locals, Masterlab is a popular gym. Children in North Central Edmonton have access to Oliver and Grandin Public Schools, both within walking distance.
There are multiple stations along Jasper Avenue for ETS Bus services, including one directly outside this condo construction. To get through the city, residents may rely on the bus system.
