Near downtown Newmarket, Glenway Urban Towns is a unique collection of 2 and 3-story urban towns with exquisite features and finishes that provide open-concept layouts and private outdoor areas for residents to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Newmarket’s Bathurst Street and Davis Drive West junction will be the site of this pre-construction project.
The size of these residences will vary from 573 square feet to 2,571 square feet, with one to three bedrooms being the most common. This new construction project is an inexpensive but luxury option in one of GTA’s fastest-growing areas.

There will be ten single-family detached homes, 87 single-family detached apartments on private roads, and 96 townhouse units and parkland blocks included in this development. Many townhouses of the new townhome development in Toronto will include a combination of two- and three-bedroom layouts with an open design.
Construction workers will install Flat-panel doors with chrome lever handles in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry rooms, and Designers will install smooth ceilings in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and main living areas. There will be a 3″ square edge baseboard and 2″ door and window casing in the live/work units and 12″ x 12″ ceramic floor tile in the ground floor hall and unfinished mechanical room. There will be plank laminate or vinyl flooring installed throughout the home, except for tiled areas as per plan.
