Glenway Urban Towns will have 193 new residences in a mix of 2- and 3-story buildings. There will be ten single-family detached homes, 87 single-family detached apartments on private roads, and 96 townhouse units and parkland blocks included in this development. Many townhouses of the new townhome development in Toronto will include a combination of two- and three-bedroom layouts with an open design.
Construction workers will install Flat-panel doors with chrome lever handles in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry rooms, and Designers will install smooth ceilings in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and main living areas. There will be a 3″ square edge baseboard and 2″ door and window casing in the live/work units and 12″ x 12″ ceramic floor tile in the ground floor hall and unfinished mechanical room. There will be plank laminate or vinyl flooring installed throughout the home, except for tiled areas as per plan.Â

Glenway Urban Towns is close to several local educational institutions like Alexander Muir Public School, Crossland Public School, and St. Nicholas Elementary School if you live around Bathurst St. and 540 Davis Dr. W in that area.
Accessibility and Highlights
There are many public transportation alternatives in the area around Glenway Urban Towns. The Newmarket Subway Station is only a short walk from many of the area’s residences, making it convenient for commuters. Toronto is well-served by the York Region Transit (YRT). Toronto’s subway system also links Newmarket and North York’s bus terminals. If you decide to travel, Highway 404 is not far away.
Although driving is the most convenient method of getting around the city, the Newmarket GO transport station is just six minutes away. As a result, commuting to neighboring towns is a breeze, and getting into downtown Toronto takes just about an hour.
