Groove Urban Condos is a condo project designed by RAW Design for Block Developments.

The project will feature a 15-storey condo building that will house 152 modern condo units. Featuring lavishly designed one to three-bedroom suites ranging in sizes from 412 up to 1,162 square feet, homebuyers will have plenty of options that suit their lifestyle needs.
