KSquare Condos is a mixed-use condo project by Kingdom Development. This condo residence will feature two high-rise towers linked by a shared podium. The towers will rise 31 and 34 storeys high and will feature a total of 644 residential suites.

The suites will be a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom with den, and three-bedroom units with approximately 452 up to 1,333 square feet in size. The suites will come equipped with upscale features and finishes including 8-foot ceilings, sleek gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, chic bedrooms, and spacious living areas. 

The condo will feature a multitude of amenities including a 24-hour concierge service, library/study room, play area for kids, party room, pet grooming station, and other upmarket amenities commonly seen in modern condo communities.

There will also be a number of outdoor amenities included in the project including a rooftop terrace that offers a panoramic view of the surrounding neighbourhood. There will also be an allotted 425 square meters of retail space included in the project.

The condo will be serviced by a 733-vehicle parking capacity with three levels underground and six levels above ground.
