Mississauga, Ontario, is home to the third and final phase of the M City Project, M3. In the winter of 2023, M3 is expected to be completed. To be built at 505 Webb Drive, between Confederation Parkway and Burnhamthorpe Road W.
Only the Absolute towers in Square One will compete with the M City master-planned development in Mississauga. The skyline of Mississauga’s downtown will never be the same with the addition of many new structures.
M3 M City is going to be a fantastic place to live, with a wide range of facilities and a thriving community. There will be high-end, opulent interior design spaces brought to you by Cecconi Simone Inc. Rogers Smart Home Technology will be installed in 784 units in the first phase. As part of Mississauga’s Downtown21 Master Plan, M City includes a two-acre public parkland.
Even among the condominiums in Toronto, this master-planned community in Mississauga will be one of a kind. There is an astonishing lighting effect with sunlight thanks to the architecture of M3 Condos, which seems like an upside-down high-rise. The balconies of M3 Condos are painted in either black or white, completing the complex façade. The zig-zag pattern of black and white creates a “staircase” effect that is guaranteed to draw attention.
Nearby Square One Shopping Centre and multiple blocks of plazas will provide residents with convenience. Pho Mi 99 serves Vietnamese cuisine, Alioli serves Italian, and Canyon Creek Restaurant serves outstanding steaks. Mississauga benefits from its multiculturalism.
The Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Playdium, and Cineplex Cinemas are all within a short distance of this site, making it ideal for families. Sheridan College and a variety of elementary and secondary institutions cater to students of all ages.
As well as the Living Arts Centre and the Art Gallery of Mississauga, there are also the Living Arts Centre Theatre, Opera Mississauga, and the Mississauga Celebration Square, all of which are within walking distance of this pre-construction condo. Celebration Square has a variety of fun events throughout the year, including Movie Nights, Holiday Special Events, and Farmers Markets.
When they are completed, there are plans to make Mary Fix Creek Gateway Condominiums pedestrian-friendly and interwoven with Mississauga’s whole Miway public transportation network. Both the Erindale and Cooksville GO Stations are close, making it simple to get into the city. Commuting is a breeze because of the neighboring highways 403, 401, and 407.
Residents of M City can drive to Square One in only two minutes, saving them a 10-minute walk. If you’re looking for anything specific, you’ll find everything from Walmart and LCBO to Apple and Holt Renfrew at this giant mall.
If you can’t find what you’re searching for at this massive mall with 360 shops, you’re in danger. It’s one of Canada’s largest malls, after all. Bier Markt, Earl’s, &Co Resto Bar, Caffe Demetre, Pier 87, and Fish Market & Grill are just a few of the beautiful restaurants in the area around Square One.

Despite this, the city has made tremendous progress in the area of avant-garde and design-trending initiatives. Once-industrial sites in this area are being transformed into modern, energy-efficient residences.
