M4 Condos will include a 67-story tower and an 8-story podium to house the amenities and commercial space for residents and visitors alike. In all, there will be 954 residential units to select from in various sizes to fit every individual’s needs. One- to three-bedroom condos will be available in sizes ranging from 420 to 1,303 square feet.

Location and Neighbourhood

One may walk to Square One Shopping Centre is only 9 minutes from M4 Condos. The Square One Shopping Centre contains more than 360 retailers, an improved food court, and a premium wing that houses various designer brands. The shopping center’s diverse dining and entertainment options include Cineplex Cinemas, Playdium, and the city’s famous Celebration Square, from fast food to fine dining.

Because of the abundance of neighboring attractions, it’s no surprise that this location has a 74 overall quality score. As a result, the area is quite walkable, with many inhabitants doing most of their daily tasks on foot. Many big-box businesses, such as Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Home Depot, are conveniently located nearby, contributing to the high Walk Score.

Accessibility and Highlights

The proximity to several schools is also a major perk of this location. The University of Toronto – Mississauga Campus and Sheridan College are within a 10-minute drive of this property, making it perfect for families and students.

Many of the city’s MiWay and GO Buses pass through Square One Shopping Centre, making it a central transportation hub. In addition, the Hurontario LRT is planned to be finished in 2024, boosting public transportation in this region. Between Mississauga and Brampton, the route of this new transportation system will cover 18 miles (29 km).

This modern condo project of Mississauga will run north and south through Mississauga, passing through Square One’s City Centre from Port Credit GO Station to Brampton Gateway Terminal. On the east and west sides of Brampton, there will be 19 stations. Aside from increasing property values along the line, an LRT will offer more dependable, faster, and more convenient transportation.
