M4 Condos is a new, high-rise condominium complex in Mississauga, Ontario. Urban Capital Property Group and Rogers Real Estate Development Limited’s pre-construction project is situated at 3981 Redmond Rd, only a few minutes from Confederation Parkway and Burnhamthorpe Road.
An 8-story platform will support a 67-story metal and glass skyscraper located in the middle of the complex. From 420 to 1,303 square feet, 954 residential apartments will be available.

In all, there will be 954 residential units to select from in various sizes to fit every individual’s needs. One- to three-bedroom condos will be available in sizes ranging from 420 to 1,303 square feet.
Open-concept layouts, approximately 9-foot ceiling heights, smooth ceiling finishes, designer-curated vinyl flooring selections in all living areas and bedrooms, custom suite entry doors with contemporary hardware, and an intelligent door lock integrated with Rogers Smart Community will all be part of the interiors.
One may walk to Square One Shopping Centre is only 9 minutes from M4 Condos. The Square One Shopping Centre contains more than 360 retailers, an improved food court, and a premium wing that houses various designer brands. The shopping center’s diverse dining and entertainment options include Cineplex Cinemas, Playdium, and the city’s famous Celebration Square, from fast food to fine dining.
Because of the abundance of neighboring attractions, it’s no surprise that this location has a 74 overall quality score.
