Queen Elizabeth Park, next to Matheson, provides residents with opportunities to enjoy fresh air, natural landscapes, and meals from Seasons in the Park.

The BC Children’s Hospital is only a few minutes away, and Oakridge Center and The Bay retail mall are just a few minutes away as well.

Restaurants such as White Pot Oakridge, KFC, Samurai Sushi House, Landmark Hotpot House, and many more are available to residents for dining options, which may be found all over Cambie Street.

Near Matheson are Eric Hamber Secondary School, Ecole Secondaire Jules-Verns, Ecole Rose-Des-Vents, and King David High School, among other institutions. As a result, Matheson is an excellent place to raise a family.

Accessibility and Highlights

Bus stop stations on Cambie Street serve both the northern and southbound directions. You can go to many outside facilities by bus or automobile, including shopping centers, restaurants, stores, and schools located outside the city. Matheson is located near two SkyTrain stations: the King Edward SkyTrain station and the Oakridge-41st Avenue SkyTrain station.

Residents of Matheson who do not have access to a vehicle will find it relatively simple to move about. The nearest transportation station is a bus stop, which is just a short distance away, but there is also a Subway stop, which is a 10-minute drive away and connects you to the TTC system.
