Coming soon to Toronto is a new mixed-use, master-planned, high-rise two-tower condominium project developed by Great Gulf, Dream Unlimited, and Westdale Properties. The Mirvish+Gehry condominiums is a two-tower development that will reach heights of 81 storeys and 91-storeys.
These towers will have a total of 2,087 units from one-bedroom units to two-bedroom units. Mirvish+Gehry is still in preconstruction and will be located at 266 King St W, Toronto, ON. These master-planned towers are estimated to be completed in 2028, however, sales for units will start in 2022.

Both towers will feature 85,000 sq. ft. of multi-retail spaces on the ground floor and these spaces will be for restaurants, boutique shops, furniture shops, and more.
Just outside the development are streetcars and a 4-minute walk from Mirvish+Gehry is St. Andrew Station. Union Station is only a 5-minute ride from the development. Residents can easily access CF Toronto Eaton Centre in just 6 minutes, where they can shop, dine, and run errands. Families living in Mirvish+Gehry will be able to access schools like Niagara Street Public School, St. Mary Catholic Elementary School, Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau Elementary School, and Pope Francis Catholic School. The development is only 2 blocks from OCAD University and 12 minutes to Ryerson University and the University of Toronto. With convenient access to public transit, residents can easily commute around the downtown core of Toronto. Residents can easily access green spaces like David Pecaut Park and Grange Park.
