Grocery shops are also along Lougheed Highway, such as Safeway Burquitlam, Blue Mountain Produce, Real Canadian Superstore, Hoys Market, Ridgemont Foods, and many more.

OTTO is surely an ideal home for new families and they can find schools around the area. Alderson Elementary, Urban Academy School, Our Lady of Fatima School, and Lord Baden-Powell. There are still many other schools around the city that are quick to access.

Parks also surround this modern development. Lower Lougheed Park, Blue Mountain Park, Mackin Park, and Burns Park. If residents want to do a hike and go on hiking trails, then the perfect spots would be Mundy Park and Colony Farm Regional Park.

More importantly, OTTO is a quick drive from Royal Columbian Hospital. Residents can either drive, take a bus ride, or train ride down Brunette Avenue to reach the hospital.
