Oval is a new up-and-coming mixed-use, master-planned, three-building residential development by Landa Global Properties. Located outside the Oval are bus stops. Oval is close to two subway stations: 7 minutes to Lansdowne Station and 10 minutes to Richmond-Brighouse Station. Residents living in the Oval condominium are conveniently in proximity to two shopping malls: 8 minutes to Lansdowne Centre and 11 minutes to CF Richmond Centre, where they can run their errands, dine in restaurants, and do some shopping.
