Park Place on Patricia Towns will consist of a 31 unit new townhome project ranging from 2832-3507 square feet. Low-rise structures and split-level storeys will be featured for each unit, alongside an exhibition of brick-walled exterior and a gable roof atop of it. Customers may pick from a total of 3 different designs. However, all of its exterior brick colors stick with a complement of brown tones. 

Upon the entrance, you will be ushered through a series of small stairs leading to the main front door, with the garage located at the base. Amenities will include a dining and BBQ area, fireplace lounge, party room, and rooftop terrace. There will also be a fitness centre where residents can perform their physical activities. With this living environment, you’ll have access to several lifestyle options.
