Plaza of Nations master-planned community calls for the redevelopment of a 10-acre site in the Plaza of Nations along Vancouver’s waterfront along Pacific Boulevard. 

This pre-construction project by Canadian Metropolitan Properties Corp will be constructed in three phases. It will include terraced condo buildings, commercial & retail spaces, public spaces, social, and civic centers.

This Vancouver’s exciting condominium development will feature condo buildings that will stand up to 30 storeys high. This master-planned community will most likely include retail, community hubs, and plenty of public spaces that provide the residents with an upmarket waterfront living experience.

Additionally, the 10-acre site will add a community plaza, childcare facility, community center, an ice rink, and seawall enhancements to this vibrant location. 

Proposed plans call for over 2 million square feet that will be divided into the following:

  • 350 square feet for commercial and retail
  • 99,235 for civic purposes

The number and type of the condo suites are yet to be announced but will most likely feature upscaled suites with a variety of layouts and panoramic views.
