Q West Condos – Phase 2 is pre-construction project by Ashcroft homes that will feature a 9-storey boutique condo. The project will have approximately 372,000 square feet of residential and institutional place upon completion. Included in the project as well as the repurposing and redevelopment of the existing heritage monastery which will be a part of the project’s historic facade.

Phase 2 will be located in the lands south of the Monastery and will include both residential and commercial spaces.

Location and Neighbourhood

This project is situated in one of Ottawa’s tranquil riverside neighbourhood just off the city’s downtown core. 

The Westboro Neighbourhood in Ottawa’s west end is a thriving community with a lively street scene. Also, two blocks from the condominium are the Real Canadian Superstore, Farm Boy, and Metro where residents can shop, dine and run errands.
