The Bluffs Codons in Scarborough, built by Skale Developments, is the company’s first project and has garnered national attention. Arman Salex, the company’s CEO, has extensive experience in the real estate market. Even though he studied economics and humanities, Arman spent his summer vacations working on construction projects.
