Rossmont Green Condos will feature two 5-storey condo buildings designed to be an eco-friendly project. State-of-the-art building science and technology paved the way for a project that will maximize energy efficiency and minimalize toxic emissions.

The number of suites is yet to be announced but it will feature expansive one and two-bedroom layouts with 9-foot ceilings and contemporary yet nature-friendly features and finishes.

The suites are designed to have large balconies for the residents to have an outdoor space in the comfort of their own homes. Smart Home Access systems are also incorporated for the security of its residents.

Sustainable features are also included in each suite such as high energy efficiency for less consumption, reduced carbon emissions, energy-efficient windows, and improved indoor air quality.

The project will include a wide array of amenities that provide a peak condo living experience to its residents. Indoor amenities include a pet spa, fitness facility, and a party room. There will also be outdoor amenities such as a car wash area, BBQ area, and outdoor green spaces.

The condo will have underground parking with bicycle parking spaces made available to its residents.

Location and Neighborhood

Whitby is a town in the Durham Region that has its fair share of urban and economic hubs.

The town had seen rapid growth in the real estate market in recent years. Families from different cities and towns had seen the benefits of acquiring a home in this part of the Durham Region.

Whitby offers a more affordable set of condos, subdivisions, and other residential properties compared to the cities and municipalities located near central GTA. About the Developers

Star Residence is one of the promising developers in the GTA. The company started building small residential properties and climbed its way up. Now, the company grew to build residential and commercial mid-rises in GTA’s under-utilized locations.
