The Sheppard Garden Condos will be a mixed-use development with two mid-rise buildings, one of which will be 14 storeys tall and the other 10 storeys tall. The total number of apartments in both buildings will be 352.

Sheppard Garden is located in one of Toronto’s most desirable areas, close to amenities and major roads, and offers easy access to just about everything. The Sheppard LRT is presently under construction, with a completion date of 2021.
