Two 39-storey buildings will rise from a 4-storey platform in this construction. A total of 800 apartments will be housed in the two buildings combined. At 55 Broadway Ave., its northern tower (Tower A) will include 389 rental apartments, 130 of which will replace the old structure that was demolished. 65 Broadway Ave’s southernmost tower (Tower B) will be entirely dedicated to housing.

54 studios, 248 one-bedrooms, 184 two-bedrooms, and a three-bedroom apartment will be found in Tower A. 231 one-bedroom flats, 128 two-bedroom units, and 30 three-bedroom units will be in Tower B. More than enough room to accommodate inhabitants from both towers as provided for in this project’s amenities space.

The 24-hour concierge, the parcel rooms, the gallery lounge, the billiards, the gallery tables (meeting rooms), the big screen, the study room, the party room/table chef’s with catering kitchen, children’s playroom, yoga studio, gym, rooftop terrace, and BBQ stations are just some of the amenities available at the property. 

A rooftop terrace spans the podium between the two buildings in this amenity zone. All of the building’s occupants will have easy access to this.

Location and Neighborhood

Yonge Street in the west and Redpath Avenue in the east run parallel to the southern edge of Broadway Avenue, where the Sixty-Five Condos are situated. It is surrounded by high-rise and mid-rise residential structures to the north, east, and south: North Toronto Collegiate Institute and existing high-rise residential complexes on the west.

There are several stores, restaurants, services, and other amenities in the nearby Midtown district, where this property is located. 

It has a WalkScore of 94 and a TransitScore of 90. The Yonge Eglinton Centre is one of the area’s most popular attractions for this individual. A Metro grocery store, an LCBO, and a Rexall are all located in one retail mall, making it a one-stop-shop for locals.

Accessibility/Highlights 

As a result of an upcoming subway line that would completely transform the city, Eglinton Station will serve as the primary transportation hub for this project. 

As part of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, the Eglinton Station in the city’s center will become a new transition point for all modes of transportation. As a result, those who live in these condominiums will have quick and easy access to the rest of the city.
